How do we do it !!!!
Well, As many of you may know..
Over the road,... Commercial Coaches are designed to last up to a
1,000,000 miles of heavy use .
However, ....
MCI ,... Motor Coach Industries designed their bus for 3,000,000 miles,.
why ?? .
At one time
Greyhound owned MCI
and they designed
their own chassis to last many years . Also, the engineers designed this
famous Bus around the mechanic who had to work on it and to keep up the
maintenance .
Because of it's Stainless steel monocoque chassis and easier to work on
and more of them out there ..This Coach has become the leader of the
industry . MCI has more coaches in the American market place then any other
manufacturer .
So, ...This coach has become the best candidate to remanufacture to be
like new again .. Not only to go back into the Passenger Bus market again, but
makes about the best Motor Home chassis out there...
Other RV manufacturers have attempted to copy this design but it's not cost
effective to make a new Commercial Stainless steel monocoque chassis for RV
use . But it does make good sense to rebuild one and that processes when
meeting strict guidelines can be re-titled to the current year
Also , when we rebuild this chassis to be a new RV Motor Home
.We are the only bus Company to build into the chassis compartments to
help support the House RV accessories i.e. Furnace, AC components Pumps,
Valves , Relays etc. .
This frees up even more luggage bay space for the New owner ...
Lets face it ..wasn't the reason you looked at a bus to start with was because
of the ride the longevity of value and quality but above all .. Those huge
cargo bays ..No other motor home can offer a commercial quality stainless
steel with aluminum construction industrial type of bays. These cargo bays are
designed to be indestructible. With heavy duty doors to last for many years of
wear and tear . ..
